Established in 1848, the 2nd. floor guest apartment located in the historic
1848 Carriage and Carpentry Building, has been lovingly restored with all
the modern conveniences without loosing any of the old world charm of the
1840's, into a 1 bedroom loft style guest apartment, complete with private bath,
kitchen, dining space, private bedroom, and living room with spacious windows
overlooking the beautiful Village Park of Bishop Hill. Loft apartment sleeps up to 5
adults comfortably.

Please note this is not a B & B, but is instead an actual guest apartment
with private entrance and parking located in 1848 National Landmark
Historical Building with all the modern conveniences. Think old fashioned
rooming house/guest apartment, but you and your friends/family are the only guests.
Cozy and comfortable with a scenic view of Village Park. Great location on the
main street of Bishop Hill and within easy walking distance of everything!

** Discounted rate for consecutive multiple nights stay! First night is $90.00
plus tax, second night stay is $85.50 plus tax, third night stay is $81.00 plus tax,
4th.night stay is $76.50 plus tax,..call for flat multiple night rate (5 nights or more)!
**Nightly rate and flat rate is for 2 people staying only….for each
additional per staying per night up to 5 people total add $5.00 per person
staying per night.

Policies:

Reservations:Reservations
are recommended with all
reservations to be secured
with a credit card, Visa,
Master Card, Discover or
American Express. Loft
Guest Apt. sleeps up to 5
people comfortably.
Payment: Payment is due
in full upon arrival. Credit
card, check or cash are
accepted. Loft Guest Apt.
rate does not include the
state and county hotel taxes
(add another 11%).
Cancellation Policy:
Should your plans change,
please call or email us as
soon as possible.

If reservations are
cancelled 15 days prior to
your scheduled visit, there
will be no charge if your
reservation date isn't during
a local or area festival,
holiday or special event.
Cancellations with less than
15 days notice will be
charged the standard Loft
Guest Apt. rate unless the
room is re-booked.
If you have booked the
Loft Guest Apt. for any
reservation date that falls
on/or during local or area
festival, special events
and holidays, 30 days
cancellation notice is
required. If less notice is
given, the room rate will be
charged in the event that
the Loft Guest Apt. cannot
be re-booked.

“No shows” will be
charged for the entire
amount of the reservation.
Severe Weather: In the
event that you are not able
to keep your reservation
due to hazardous weather
(blizzard or tornado), you
will need to contact us
immediately with notice of
cancellation, otherwise you
will be charged. Hosts of
Bishop Hill Fine Arts - Loft
Guest Apt. will determine
whether they will accept a
severe weather cancellation.
Early Check-Out: In the
event of an early check-out
the guest is responsible for
payment of their stay in full
unless the hosts of Bishop
Hill Fine Arts - Loft Guest
Apt. are able to re-book the
Loft Guest Apt. for the
night or nights of stay that
are a result of the early
check-out.

In the event that the early
check-out takes place
during a local or area
festival, holiday or special
event, no refund will be
issued unless re-booking is
able to take place.
In some emergency
situation, such as a death
of a loved one, a medical
emergency regarding your
immediate family, or
immediate dangerous
weather situation (example:
blizzard or tornado), a
partial refund for night or
nights stay will apply. This
determination of refund will
be made after discussing
the manner of emergency
with the guest(s) and the
hosts of Bishop Hill Fine
Arts - Loft Guest Apt., at
which time a refund will be
assessed with the refund to
be between 25% - 50% of
the amount charged for the
night(s) affected by early
check-out that re-booking
was not able to take place.

Children: We are family
friendly and welcome all
children.
Arrival and Departure:
Check-in is anytime
between 3-9 pm anytime
weekend or weekday,
although, early check-in
is a possibility, likewise,
prior arrangements may be
made to accommodate late
evening arrivals. Please
call or email if your
arrival will be outside the
above times or if delayed.
Check-out: Noon. Late
check-out is a possibility,
please check with us on an
individual request basis.
There is no charge for late
check-out if we are able to
accommodate you, but you
must make a formal
request.
Smoking: Smoking is not
permitted on the property.
A cleaning fee of $250 will
be assessed for any
smoking odors.
Pets: Like you, we love
our pets also, but due to
some people being allergic
to pets, we are sorry, but
at this time, we cannot
accommodate pets.
